I gladly accept returns see below for directions and terms.

Contact me within 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Conditions of return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition or within the 7day period, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

  • If the package arrives in rough looking shape, please make sure you have a photo of how it was received. 

 

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We would ask that you email pictures and/ or Concerns and they will be discussed with you. For Items that are damaged as a result of shipping, a return label  will be provided, and items can either be sent back for a full refund or for and item replacement.

 

  • Please note that a refund or replacement will only be issued once he damaged item has been received.

 

 

The following items can't be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged , I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Exchanges , Cancellations & Changes

  • I do not accept exchanges on any custom or personalized orders. If there was an approval process for your order it will not qualify for an exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition or  mailed out within the 7day period, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

  • If you change your order after final approval there will be a fee for re design. Ranging  from $15-$30 depending on the change. If a change is needed make sure you make it in the time frame that was sent in final approval email. I normally let you know when I am making the order. Changes can not occur if order is already made.

Additional policies

  • Colours may appear different due to  the lighting of a photo or screen setting on computers.

  • In keeping with the rustic look of some of our products, please note that the wood we use for our different products will vary in color, shape, length, and width from those pictured so no two signs will look identical.

  • The wood may also have imperfections such as, cracks, knots, nail heads, gaps, and the signs do vary in thickness and weight. These imperfections are not to be considered defects. No refunds will be given for these reasons.

  • Please always read the product description for each product so there will be no confusion on what you are purchasing.
