the process

What happens after you make a purchase?

If it is custom.....

We will  connect with you on the platform you contacted us with. We get your pictures or ideas. We then make a design of what we  think you were articulating and send it to you for approval.  Once you are happy with the design, we send it for one last final approval and cost if it is an estimated item. Some costs can only be determined by the time and size of the item you purchased.​

If you are purchasing a custom item, it is made to order. The design takes time to ensure the quality of the product. After the first draft I will make any changes, you are wanting.  See policies for changes after approval.

Once the order is complete, we send you pictures of the final product. It will be packaged and ready for you to pick up or shipped.​

we  have a cabinet outside our home, you will be to pick up at your convenience . The Address can be found on your invoice. If the item is shipped, we will ensure you are added to the tracking of the Item.
